Contract - If you decide to move forward I will email you a contract for signature. This link is just for ease of review. Keep in mind I learn a little more with each litter so the contract changes a bit each time.
General Process:
If a family is interested they fill out the inquiry and we verbally mutually decide if this is the right fit. If both the family and I agree it is, we watch and wait for the puppies to be born.
The morning after the birth I begin accepting deposits for puppies. Puppy selection happens in order of deposits received when the puppies are 5-6 weeks old.
If there is a health or behavior concern with a puppy I will not make that puppy available until we have a better idea of the puppy's needs.
If I am going to hold back (keep) a puppy we discuss that in the inquiry phase and the selection order in the contract will reflect that.
If existing families are interested they should speak to me and they will get priority for 24 hours to make a deposit before I accept from new families.
